Headstrong Counselling is a Community Interest Company and a mental health counselling         service provider in London. They provide remote therapy sessions to people experiencing mild to moderate         health challenges.

Managing the diverse schedules and preferences of over 70 counsellors was a daunting task, leading to         scheduling conflicts and inefficiencies.
